Custom Furniture Policy

Because all our furniture is custom-made to your specific requirements and approved designs, we generally cannot accept returns on completed custom pieces. Each item is crafted specifically for you based on your chosen specifications, materials, and dimensions.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your custom furniture arrives with defects in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include:

• Repair of the defective item
• Replacement of defective components
• In rare cases, complete replacement of the item

Reporting Issues

If you believe your furniture has defects or damage, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
• Date of delivery

Inspection Process

Upon receiving your claim, we will:

1. Review your documentation and photographs
2. Arrange an inspection if necessary
3. Determine the appropriate resolution
4. Communicate our decision within 5 business days

What Is Not Covered

Our return policy does not cover:

• Change of mind after design approval
• Minor variations in timber grain or color, which are natural characteristics
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper care or maintenance
• Modifications made by third parties

Cancellations

Before Manufacturing Begins

You may cancel your order before manufacturing begins. Cancellation fees may apply to cover design work and administrative costs. Your deposit, minus any applicable fees, will be refunded.

After Manufacturing Begins

Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are generally not accepted. If you wish to cancel at this stage, you will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including materials and labor.

Delivery Damage

Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage that occurred during shipping, please:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt
• Photograph the damage immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours

We will arrange for repair or replacement of items damaged during delivery at no cost to you.

Warranty Coverage

All custom furniture includes a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be outlined in your individual agreement. The warranty covers:

• Structural integrity of joints and construction
• Finish defects not caused by normal wear
• Hardware failures under normal use

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that custom furniture orders are rarely eligible for full refunds due to their bespoke nature.
